Kindly note that;

• All our livestock are Farm bred.
• We DO NOT sell endangered species. We follow the relevant authorities with permit from the Kenya Wildlife Authority (KWS)
• You need a permit to adopt Birds and Tortoise, the permits can be acquired From all our Branches (for a sum of 2000 ksh annual fee)
• Aquariums have a 3 Month Warranty. (This DOES NOT cover breakage of glass.) All our Pumps and filters have a warranty of Six Months.
