Return Policy

At Aquapet, our number one concern is each customer’s satisfaction with every purchase. Since most products that we sell are pet products, we cannot process returns for any opened products due to hygiene purposes.

Our product return policies include:

  • You have 24 hours to complain about your product.
  • A 2 day return policy.
  • One has to present a valid receipt of purchase,
  • One will be liable for their own transportation.
  • One CANNOT return adopted Livestock or Food related items once purchased.

When your return is received, it is inspected and a replacement is issued.
